« Initially, I was shocked of how small this hotel is, with no elevator, no vending machine…. But it grew on me. Loved the layout of the room, the quaint decor… the only negative I have is the bed. This memory foam bed was way too soft, and I felt that the soft mattress was on top of a softer mattress. I like to sleep on my side, and I slept curved like a banana…. Also, you only get one pouch of coffee during your stay. Since you need filters, you either have to uy a full box and your ground...

« Casita Gundry is the absolute best home away from home and one of my favorite staycation spots in Southern California. Lars offers so many thoughtful touches to enhance each stay, from local pastries, eggs, and homemade cookies awaiting me at check-in to a spacious bathtub caddy with room for a book and a (provided) scented candle to helpful recommendations of local restaurants and hangouts.
