Bathrooms are located off each bedroom with plenty of space. Only complaint was that the AC unit was a bit loud. It woke me up a few of the nights... but it could be the "mom sleeper" in me. It didn't bother my husband or kids. Would love to have a little more seating in the living room area too. My kids like to lay down to watch tv and there is only one couch. But again, that is personal preference. Currently looking for living room tables similar to the ones in the unit!! Our priorities were to have quick access to Sunset Beach and a easy check in and check out process. Also during this Covid filled times, we wanted privacy. This unit fulfilled our requirements extremely well. Check in was just getting the access code by text and check out was me sending a text. Also, we just had to take out the garbage and run the dishwasher. We did not have to strip and remake the beds or empty the dishwasher which freed up our time. The beach is just 5 minutes away. Parking near the beach is not that difficult if you know where to look. The unit is quiet and had no air conditioning or hot water issues. The washer and dryer worked well.
