Lovely updated beach house. Terrific location on island and very responsive host.

House was clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Multiple outdoor seating options. Use of kayaks a fun bonus. We hope to be back! Highly recommend.

Great house right at the water

We had a beautiful stay at Sunset Beach, the house is perfect for a family and communciation with Tracey was a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utilities and the Keurig machine is great. We also enjoyed the two bikes and kayak options. Highly recommended!

Perfect house and location for family gathering

Sea Potential was perfect for our family reunion of 7. There is plenty of room for everyone, different rooms for spreading out, room for the kids to play and a back porch for relaxing while looking over the canal. Location was perfect! Easy walk to beach or Main Street. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses. And Sunset Beach is a favorite of ours: no high rises or condos. Just lovely beach and breezes.

Fun house on the canal!!

Lovely beach home on the canal with lots of outdoor space and beautiful interior to relax! We loved the kayaks and the bikes and appreciate the beach chairs very much!! Traveled to Wilmington for dinner one evening which was not too far from Sunset! Special place, thanks for sharing! Thank you Tracey for everything!!

Beautiful home!

My extended family enjoyed this beautiful home for 2 weeks. The house appears recently renovated and is tasteful, practical & comfortable. We loved the open concept main area for eating, watching TV, doing puzzles and playing cards. We really enjoyed the screened porch over looking canal as well. We’ve already booked for next year. ❤️

Weekend Getaway!

We had a great stay. Ms. Tracy answered any and all questions in a timely manner and Sea Potential is one of our favorites vacation homes our family has stayed in. The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is amazing and stocked with all the essentials and more...pots, pans, baking dishes, utensils, blender, etc. We loved being able to fish out back on the channel. The screened in porch was a great spot for morning coffee and reading.

Great place for our 4 grandsons.

House was very nice and had everything we needed. Was unusually cold so we spent most time in the house. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 boys 11 and younger. Great table for dining and games. The loft was reserved for the boys! They enjoyed having their own place. You do have to bring your sheets and towels or rent. We used Care Linen service and the items were good quality.

Sea Potential

We have taken our family vacation at Sunset Beach for the past 8 years. Due to the growth in the number of grandchildren, we have stayed at 5 different houses, and Sea Potential has been the best without question. Clean, with lots of extras that you don't normally get. Owner was very courteous and prompt with response to questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect Vacation Home!

Sea Potential is an absolutely gorgeous house. Tracey was a wonderful host. Her communication was phenomenal. The house had everything our family could have wanted or needed. We had three generations ranging from 3 to mid 70's and everyone loved this house. The kayaks and bikes were wonderful for our teens. The location was absolutely perfect. We can't wait to stay at Sea Potential in the future!

Perfect house at the best beach!

We could not have been more pleased with our stay! This house is completely redone from top to bottom, with every possible corner upgraded beautifully. The kitchen is immaculate, all the common spaces are well done, and the bathrooms are amazing. Tracey as a host was highly responsive, taking time to talk through small questions via the phone. The canal view is gorgeous, and we saw herons every day and often. We also loved taking out the kayaks and bikes around the island. This house wants for nothing! We will definitely be staying here again.

Awesome house with great location

Myself and 9 others stayed here for a long weekend while in town for a wedding. The house was very clean and had a great location. Within walking distance to beach and small shops. Short drive over the bridge to get to other attractions and a short drive to calabash and only about 40 minutes to Myrtle Beach. Kayaks were awesome to use. Rooms were very comfortable. One thing I would note is that while the loft can be a sleeping area, there is no door so just keep that in mind if you will be having people using it as a room. Tracey was very responsive and easy to connect with. I would recommend!

Perfect house for our family beach vacation!

Our family could not have been more happy with our stay! The house has been beautifully remodeled and every space feels new. The open floor plan in the kitchen, living and dining room was perfect for our immediate and extended family to play games and spend quality time together. The view of the canal was gorgeous. The sunsets from the rooftop were spectacular! It's a short walk to the beach too! In addition to long walks on the beach we spent our time riding the kayaks in the sound which was so peaceful, and riding the provided bikes. We took one day and drove to Wilmington for restaurants and shopping which was an easy drive. I really can't say enough good things about this property and the owners who were so helpful. It really has everything you need for a wonderful time at the beach! We would definitely rent here again and hope to do so in the near future.

Sunset Beach Sea Potential

Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 infants) had a glorious time at Sea Potential on Sunset Beach, NC. Our trip was shortly after Labor Day, so still great summertime weather and water temps, but with smaller crowds. Tracey, the host, was so amendable and answered every question we had very quickly! The house had everything we needed: a well stocked kitchen (with plenty of pots, pans, and a blender), floating dock to park our small fishing boat and for crabbing (we brought our own crab trap), a crow’s nest to view sunsets, screened in porch for sunrise coffee, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, and kayaks for paddling in the canals. We also rented a golf cart for the week and had a blast touring the entire island on it. Two in our group have bad knees, so having the golf cart made transporting everyone (and all the gear needed for infants) to and from the beach easy peasy! Our entire group had a FANTASTIC time! We hope to return to Sea Potential next year or perhaps even sooner!
