Palm Breeze is a professionally decorated fully equipped condo in the highly desirable Sea Trail resort. Located near the Sea Trail South entrance which means you can walk to shops and Sunset Beach waterfront park and be on the beach in minutes. Only one mile to the beach and includes a pass for all of the amazing amenities Sea Trail offers: Two amazing pool complexes, tennis/pickelball courts, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, fitness center with sauna. Our condo is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, on the golf course or exploring the Brunswick Islands. With a full well-stocked kitchen, you have everything you need to cook a meal or take advantage one of the many delicious restaurants just minutes away. The living room is the perfect place to kick up your feet and relax with a new TV with HuluLive, Netflix and more. Everyone loves the King sized bed with tempurpedic mattress topper and high end linens. Take in the beautiful views on the balcony. Enjoy all the conveniences of home (such as a washer and dryer) while soaking up some sun on our beautiful beach or after a day of golf/tennis/pickleball. Parking directly in front of condo. Sea Trail is a beautiful neighborhood with walking and biking trails throughout and award-winning golf! Beach chairs and umbrella are provided so our guests don't have the additional cost of equipment rental. There are plenty of recreational opportunities available such as award-winning golf, tennis and pickle ball. Or, head over to the dock at the ICW or the beachfront pier for fishing. Sea Trail now has two wonderful new restaurants: Bistro 55 and Sunset Prime. Our property is near the South Gate which means you are just over the bridge from the beach and can have your toes in the sand in just a few minutes. We are also walking/biking distance to the beautiful Sunset Park on the intracoastal waterway with its beautiful walking trails, docks and views of the water. You can put in kayaks and paddle boards here at the park. Just across the park is the boat launch and some delicious restaurants, coffee shop, gift shops and ice cream.
