"We have been going here for years. It’s great for a family get away. We have 4 minor Complaints, which may not be complaints for others. The beds are very firm, the snacks/drinks around pool area are highly priced, the pavers around the pool are extremely hot during the day, and the “beach” area looks way better in pics. Other than that it is a great place to stay, very clean and Comfortable and safe. The grounds are quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be back."

"Everything was great, however we seemed to have a bad ant problem in our room. Also I feel like the resort needs more lighting for night time. The pool is open until 10pm but it’s extremely dark around the pool and the poor employee in the towel cabana was using a cell phone light to fold pool towels for guests. Also traveling with small children I would like to see some lighting around the activity areas and potentially leaving the activity area (mini golf course) open after sunset (to play after dinner) and to be able to use the other outdoor activities after dark also. "

"The woman at reception ( T.J. Gagle) was a delight, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was fun to chat with. I also enjoyed the Starbucks machine in the lobby. The housekeeping staff was great and the location was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the sunsets over Florida Bay. I almost forgot but I really liked the chickens here and all over the Keys. We will be back. "

"Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Microwave and mini fridge in room were great! Complimentary breakfast and free parking was a plus! The pool area and beach area were beautiful. We wish we could have stayed longer. *only complaint was the shower door, it’s a glass that doesn’t cover all the way and it makes so much mess outside the shower. "
