The spacious graveled outdoor space features a high-top gas fire pit table, picnic table and an above-ground firepit and Adirondack seating for enjoying a crackling fire under the stars. New to this property is a 6 person hot tub for you and your guests to relax in after a day of exploring! Located at the 33 ½ mile marker, you’ll be minutes by water from dining options such as Captain Ron's and Larry's on the Lake, or by land to all the attractions, dining, and shopping in Sunrise Beach and surrounding towns. Explore the nearby town of Osage Beach, offering an array of local attractions, including shopping, restaurants, and family-friendly activities like a water park, trampoline park, arcades, mini golf, go-karts, and more. If you happen to be renting in late August, you’ll be treated to a front-row seat for the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout, a 2-day powerboat race event considered to be one of the nation’s must-see boating events. Plenty of room for people to relax. Pitboss is a flat top grill not a pellet smoker but there is a traditional wood smoker on site. The house was clean and pleasant. Hot tub was a nice feature. Kitchens were well equipped as we like to prepare our own meals. The parking area would seem to make this a good place for people who are trailering their own boats. There were a few very minor and subjective improvements that we thought could be made. One was concerning lighting as there seemed to be a lack of area lighting in some rooms and what there was of over head lighting was on the white spectrum and harsh, Also had a bit of a problem with the keypad as it was not a type that any of us had used before and instructions were minimal. Took us about 15 minutes to finally get it to open and still we weren't sure what we had done differently to make it work. All minor stuff. ##### Donald D. Tons of space, endless beds and bathrooms, great gathering spaces. Was very clean and a really nice place to stay.
