This home is set up with one of the best views of the lake!!! Located at the 34.5 MM, this 3,636 sq ft, 4 bedroom (plus loft), 4 bath home is the perfect place if you want to relax and create an unforgettable vacation! It has a private 2 well dock situated in a no wake cove and is very close to Captain Ron’s Lakefront Bar & Grill. Inside you will be amazed at all of the features: including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ice machine, and a wine refrigerator. The closets are extra large and even have a bunk beds in one of them for additional sleeping quarters for children. The view from every room is amazing! Inviting palm trees add that special touch as you take in the view on the wrap around porch. House includes 28' and 38' dock slips, Wi-Fi, Netflix, 5 TVs, blu-ray DVD player, Sonos sound to play music from your devices, surround sound, wet bar, wine refrigerator, ice machine, and floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular views and natural light. The patio offers relaxing seating to enjoy the view of the water. Gas grill island with a mini fridge and a Blackstone Griddle for outdoor cooking. We really enjoyed the video games. One downstairs for a couple of family memebers who really couldnt go upstairs. 2 upstairs and the game room is full of games. We caught some fish. We caught a 5lb catfish off the deck. The dock has a cleaning station and is very nice as well. BBQ grill was nice. The great room was superb to watch the Chiefs game and ALCS. Great golf courses around the area with grocery stores near by. Would definitely rent again. We were so busy golfing and enjoying the property we did not have time to use the game room which is nice with billiards and golf game. Anthony was quick to respond, and easy to work with! Very good experience with him. And the house….. just wonderful. Enjoy a wrap around deck with hot tub and tables/stools/blackstone etc.And enjoy that view! It’s gorgeous. Game room was great! We loved it The house is beautiful. It was clean, we enjoyed it all. Deck is amazing but could use some loungers to lay out on. Otherwise plenty of seating for everyone and communication was great with host. Everything you need in the kitchen. The unpaved road down to the house was a little surprise as we were traveling on motorcycles. The back porch and the views were fantastic but the cleaning crew could do a better job cleaning outside as there were alot of spiders / webs on the outdoor furniture. ##### Paul W.
