Amazing, five bedroom lakefront home in Sunrise beach at the 34MM in a beautiful protected cove with great views of the main lake! Our house is a 5 minute boat ride to Captain Ron's, a lake favorite and home to Aquapalooza and the Shootout! There are many other restaurants/bars that are a short boat ride away. Nearest grocery store is a quick 10 minute car ride. This house is the ultimate vacation home for families with a private dock and private pool. Our 2 level home sleeps up to 25 comfortably in beds. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and a huge family room with over 3300 sq ft of living space. The main level consists of a large, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops with seating for 5 and a huge dining room table that seats 10\. Right off the kitchen you will find a bedroom that includes a queen bed, single daybed with a trundle bed and a 50" Smart TV. Next to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a shower. The main level also features a large bunk room that opens up with views to the pool and the lake. It features 4 double bunk beds that sleeps 16, a 60" Smart TV and a Jack and Jill bathroom, each with a toilet and vanity that adjoins to a whirlpool tub. The bunk room also shares another full bathroom with a shower that can also be accessed from the outside pool. The upper level has a large family room with a 75" Smart TV, foosball table, reclining sofa and love seat, plus two recliners to allow for plenty of seating for a large group. It connects to a deck that overlooks the pool with a great view of the lake. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level, each with a king size bed and 50" Smart TVs. A full bathroom with a large onyx shower is also located on the upper level. The exterior features a 16x32 ft salt water pool that sits right on the waters edge with incredible lake views. The large lakeside patio boasts a fire pit, patio table with an umbrella and pool side lounge chairs. A propane grill is available for guest use. The 3 well dock has a 24x10 ft slip that is available for use. It currently has a lift that can be lowered in the water to use the slip. The dock also includes a 5ft diving platform and swim steps. A Lily Pad mat, paddle board and kayaks are available for guest use. Amazing fishing right off of the dock. There is adequate parking for multiple vehicles, however there is no room to turn a boat trailer around at our house. Washer and Dryer is available for Renter Use. Our home is ideal for multiple families. Lots of space and a warm comfortable feel. For that reason, we do not allow Bachelor/Bachelorette parties or the like. Our neighborhood is full of other amazing families and we ask that you respect them by shutting down outdoor activities and moving inside by 12am on weekends and 11pm on week nights. But thankfully, the workers were taking care of the problems when we arrived and it was resolved. The home was well equipped with items in the kitchen and laundry room. There was plenty of space for dining, games and just relaxing. We loved the saltwater pool and the lake. It was great to have the use of pool toys along with the lily pad, paddle board and kayaks. Parking can be a problem at many LoZ properties, but not here - 5 cars. There was plenty of inside space and bathrooms. At one point there were six peeps in the kitchen. Lots of TV’s but we were having so much fun that no one watched them except for Fever games. The pool was purrrfect and included lots of gear for it and the lake. Friends parked a tri-toon and another a 30’ Cobalt with ease. Boats/PWC rentals were convenient and grocery/consumable shopping were nearby. The AC is super cold, and felt great after hanging on the patio and dock all day. The beds are comfortable, and there are a lot of them. TVs are in each bedroom so everyone could watch what they wanted. Everything was clean when we arrived and check in was super easy. We spent most of our time swimming in the pool and fishing from the large dock. We caught well over 150 fish, many different species including, catfish, blue and channel, crappie, largemouth and white bass & a bunch of bluegill. There are turtles swimming around and ducks came to visit daily. The area is quiet but still close to grocery stores and not far from more populated areas where there are many food options and places to shop. We went to the little petting zoo not far from the property and the kids held baby animals including a spider monkey, kangaroo and wallaby. There is a chocolate/coffee place close by called The littlest Chocolatier that has delicious coffee. The drive back to the home was on a very wooded road and we saw a bunch of deer during our stay. The area is a bit hilly and the roads are twisty, but it is a beautiful location and was definitely a great way to spend the week. ##### Alicia R. Our family has been coming together for an annual stay at LOTO for the past few years and this house provided more outdoor amenities than any other stay we have experienced. The lake access was literally steps outside the backdoor. The property is located on a peaceful cove that allows daily views of various wildlife. A small family of ducks came by to visit several times a day during our stay and became an event we all looked forward to. The weather did not cooperate with us for our trip so the use of the awesome pool, dock, and firepit were limited, but the comfy and spacious house provided the perfect retreat from the weather where we enjoyed watching movies on the big screen TV upstairs, playing games on the large dining table, and preparing meals together in the roomy kitchen. The bunk room was perfect for kids, and they enjoyed having their own space. We had a brief power outage during our stay due to the weather and the owners were very responsive when we reached out. We stated with my entire family aging from 2 to 60+. The pool was perfect for cooling off, and for the small children with plenty of pool inflatables and toys. The quiet cove with the dock and diving platform was great for the older individuals. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board. Each morning we could see the fish, turtle and ducks swim right up to the deck/pool area. It was warm so we didn't light the outdoor firepit however it was a really nice sitting area during the day. It made for a great vacation and 50th birthday for our family. Super close to Woods and Frankie and Louie’s allowed us to get last minute needs and a night out. The kitchen is very, very well stocked and we appreciated the multiple TVs to watch the Olympics. There are several bath and beach towels, as well as lots of fun pool/lake toys. This is a nice house for a large group and is very close to a Dollar General and a grocery store. The bathroom that had access from the pool area was really convenient. Our recent stay in Sunrise Beach, Missouri was a blast thanks to this VRBO rental. The owner was super easy to communicate with and always there to help us out. The house was huge and had more than enough room for our group of 6 adults, 4 teens, and 2 kids. The water was so calm and perfect for swimming, especially for our little ones. The house had everything we needed to have a great time - a fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and lots of fun stuff to do. We loved grilling out on the deck and hanging by the water. Overall, we had an amazing time at this VRBO rental and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing stay in Sunrise Beach. ##### Melissa P. We take a family trip to Lake Ozark every year. This year there were 13 of us ranging from age 3-88\. The kids loved the pool. The quiet cove was awesome. The location for us was great! We brought our boat and we rented a jet sky from near by location for a couple days. We enjoyed being able to hop in the boat for short ride to captain Ron’s where the kids love the sand and the adults love the drinks. Bear bottom is also not far by boat where the kids could spend hours going down the water slides. We had plenty of room in the house. The kids and some adults loved the bunk bed room. Russ got back to me very quickly with any questions. We did have to watch our small children as you can see in the picture there is part of a wall with no railing. We were just safety conscious and kids enjoyed feeding the local turtle and fish below. Kids even found a box turtle in the yard. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to going back to this home next year. ##### Cynthia M. The house had more than enough space for everyone and the salt water pool is amazing! Plenty of towels, pool toys, outside chairs. Nice grill and indoor appliances, and lots of dishes for cooking and dining. Being right on the lake to see wildlife was an added bonus. We rented a boat from Pirates Point which was convenient and fun. The hosts were super responsive with answers to our questions. Highly recommend this home as a rental! ##### Angela R. The property was amazing!!! The communication with the owners was amazing!! Upon walking in you are greeted with an immaculate home that immediately makes you feel relaxed. The home has multiple doors leading out to the pool and lake area. It even has one going straight to the bathroom, which was perfect for the kids! We did have to call the owner for a leak under the sink. They answered immediately and set up someone to fix the leak without any issues. I would stay there again and again!
