"It’s literally 2 mins walk from the beach. The food was good, had a soup for every meal. Wish the buffet has more traditional options, i can eat (but won’t) chicken nuggets everywhere…thank god there was sopska all the time :) unlimited drinks and ice cream during the day. the girls and guys in the restaurant and pool bar were extremely friendly and i could see how hard they were working - but unfortunately I can’t say the same thing about the receptionist Anastasia who made my friend cry because of her lack of english or knowledge of any other languages. (I arrived 5 hours after her, otherwise i would dealt with the check in) When i had an encounter with her she blant refused to help me, i had to ask her to book me a taxi NOW as i don’t want to leave it last minute on our way to the airport. I had the feeling that she hates her job and the guests. She making fun of my friend, her lack of empathy put a dark shadow on our holiday and we won’t be returning because of her"

"The hotel was nice, right in the very centre of the resort. Staff were friendly, hotel clean and nice pool area. All inclusive was not so good, there were regularly empty trays of food, that just were not been restocked, always the good stuff, a poor selection compared to a usual 4 star hotel. There is no bar area, entertanment is on poolside which is nice, but all lights get switched off at 10:30, at which point you have to go out or go to your room"

"Hotel is very run down and not taking care of. We had a ocean view which was great except the bar at the bottom of the hotel on the boardwalk blasts music until 8am. Thankfully we aren't bothered by the noise and expect it in the area but I could see this being a big issue for a lot of people. Never tried the restaurant after seeing the state of the hotel. Location is good, hotel has 3 buildings but only one is currently being used. "
