« I have been with you many many times. Staff is just great and I have no complaints. Yet, I would like to suggest to put some kartons of juice on the table for breakfast - the machine you have delivers really poor quality drinks for breakfast is my view. But again, thank you for this time. »

« AC wasn’t working for 2 out of 3 nights. Bathroom layout was a bit awkward to get around and had black mould in the shower. Bed bugs and dusty bed sheets. On the upside a really nice cafe outside and pizza restaurant. Good connection with the train line. View from the balcony was also stunning for the price we paid. But given the chance I’d pay more for better services and cleanliness during our stay elsewhere next time. »

"Nous avons séjourné au Montespina Park Hôtel après notre road trip dans les Pouilles. L’hôtel est très isolé : aucun commerce ni restaurant à proximité, et il est assez loin du centre historique ainsi que des transports en commun. On est pratiquement obligé de souper sur place. Payer 25 € pour des pâtes carbonara ou bolognaises, c’est un peu exagéré. De plus, l’établissement empêche les livraisons de restaurants extérieurs. Notre chambre était située très loin de la réception, il fallait prendre deux ascenseurs pour y accéder. L’endroit était sombre et donnait une impression un peu « sketchy ». C’était peut-être un hôtel 4 étoiles il y a 15 ans, mais ce n’est plus le cas aujourd’hui. L’établissement semblait d’ailleurs presque désert. Le personnel n’est pas accueillant."
