"Booked a family room deluxe for 4 pax. TV channels can’t scan although the staff came to check it.
As for the bathroom, the shower head broke and the staff need to tie it with a string, the bedroom aircond can’t adjust the swing too.
And for the bed, my family and I got bitten by bedbugs. It’s been 4 days and the bites are still very itchy. "
"Clean and convenient as it is located in the heart of town, within easy reach of restaurants.Whenever necessay staff were very helpful, bearing in mind it was the fasting month"

5/5 Excellent
"Amazing hotel with the friendliest staff. So beautiful, lots of things to do on the resort itself. We enjoyed massages, parasailing, and swimming. Also great if you have kids and babies, our wee one loved it. We woke up to monkeys on our balcony and that was such a fun experience. You can also enjoy the harmless monitor lizards roaming around the resort. Lastly, the food and service is incredibly cheap and great quality. Highly recommend the Sigis bar and restaurant on the property. Will definitely come back."

"We loved this hotel and staff was very attentive and rooms were nice and big. It was our most relaxing stay in Malaysia. Buffet breakfast was great. Beach wasnt that clean or swimmable due to jellyfishes being out because of rainstorms. "
