Von dort und der großen Terrasse hat man einen Blick in einen wunderschönen Garten mit vielen Obstbäumen. Es besteht ein eigener Zugang durch den Garten, dem "grünen Erlebnis" würde allerdings eine Befestigung zumindest mit Trittplatten keinen Abbruch tun. Die Wohnung ist großzügig zugeschnitten, gut ausgestattet und aufgeteilt. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern ist sie gut geeignet, das zweite Schlafzimmer allerdings nur eingeschränkt für Erwachsene (Doppelstockbett).
