This home offers approx.1200 sq ft of living space and will sleep up to four guests. As you enter the home you will find the cozy living area with a gas fireplace, a 36-inch flat-screen TV with cable, and modern seating. To the left of the entry is the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. In the corner of the kitchen is a dining table for four. The kitchen door leads out to a spacious, sunny deck with barbeque and outdoor chairs for relaxing in the summer months. Off the living area is a hall leading to the master bedroom to the left and the second bedroom to the right. The large master has a queen bed, a 36-inch flat-screen TV, and a walk-in closet that leads to the master bathroom. This bathroom has a shower and a single vanity sink. There is a stack washer/dryer in the master closet. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and has access to a full-size hallway bathroom with a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. This duplex is located in a residential neighborhood near the dog park. There is parking for two cars in front of the unit. One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120\. Please Note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. The weather and accommodation location were perfect. The townhouse was right on the Adam's Gulch Trail system which we thoroughly enjoyed running and biking on it. Our VRBO was very clean, and we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen for cooking all of our meals. It was also nice having two bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a washer/dryer.
