Also, the pans were very limited for cooking which forced us to go out to eat more. The keypad on the entry door was horrible. Sometimes we had to try up to 8 times to get it to open. We didn't know until we finally got some help that you only had 10 seconds to open it. It took two full days after we arrived to get someone to help us from Vacasa to fix the TV. And, lastly, the hot tub was cold and had not been taking care of whereas the writeup said that it would be usable and wasn't. We have traveled this year and stayed in hotels and VRBO's for over 60 days thus far and I will never again stay in a VRBO that is managed by Vacasa! ##### Craig C. No wine glasses, no wine opener, no hot pads, no pot big enough to boil pasta, no kitchen basics such as aluminum foil, S&P, sugar, plastic wrap.
