There is a ground-floor entry, and the unit is all on one level. The open kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and hardwood floors. The dining table seats 6\. The living room has a gas fireplace and a 45-inch flat-screen TV with streaming/cable. Off the living area is a deck with outdoor seating to enjoy the views in the summer and fall. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 26-inch TV with cable, and access to the hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower and single sink vanity. The second bedroom can be set up as a king or as two XL twins and has a 26-inch TV with cable, and access to a hallway bathroom with a large walk-in shower and single sink vanity. This room has electronically adjustable bed frames, so each half of the bed can be adjusted separately. There is a stack washer/dryer in the hallway closet near the kitchen. Please note: There is parking for two vehicles only. 10:00 PM Quiet Hour Strictly Enforced. There is a $100 fine for each noise violation. One dog is welcome, with an additional pet fee of $120\. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest using the pool, golf, or tennis (even babies). Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed prior to your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through mid-September. Tennis and golf open from May through October (weather permitting). Complex Features: The Ranch at Elkhorn amenities include an on-site clubhouse with a game room, fitness machines, a summer pool, and a year-round hot tub. This unit is located just a short walk from Elkhorn Village's Harker Center, where guests can enjoy larger tennis and swimming facilities. Additional Elkhorn amenities include access to golfing, hiking, bike trails, and community parks. There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk from the condo, where Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Please Note: This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. Reviewer Comments: During our ski trip we stayed at four different condos Spokane,Schweitzer, Mcall and 3580 in Ketchum which was by far the best!After a long drive we we received a warm welcome by office staff and had all questions answered before we were provided with can't' miss directions to Ranch Condo 3850.Easy access to a clean, updated condo with every amenity we could have hoped for. We like to stay there because of the big outdoor pool we can swim laps in. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Beds were great for sleeping. Even though it was hot outside, the condo is nicely shaded and all on one floor and stayed cool when we opened up windows over night and closed during the day. Very close to parking lot so not far to carry coolers, groceries, and luggage. It was very quiet and had a nice little stream outside the patio and you could hear the stream from the second bedroom. Condo was immaculate and very well outfitted with plenty of pans and dishes and glasses. We would gladly return here. Also right next to biking and walking trail. And the entire Morningstar Road loop made for a nice 2 mile walk early in the morning. ##### Dotty S.
