The service is excellent. They open the doors for you. The shuttle was FAST & Efficient. They have wonderful bath salts. The breakfast option are extremely satisfying. Wonderful location! 2nd time staying here & will stay here again.

Exceptional service and comfort.
Incredibly helpful staff and fantastic amenities. The shuttle service back-and-forth to dinner or to the ski hill or anywhere was amazing! Food in the restaurant was delicious. Just a very very nice place and we truly enjoyed our stay.

They were so helpful in picking up and dropping off us anywhere in the area we wanted to go, They Brought anything we needed to the room and knew a lot about the area. We will be staying here every time we come to Sun Valley, and will recommend to everyone we know.

I love everything about this inn. We have stayed 4 or 5 times. Except, I don’t understand why they don’t fix their wood burning fireplaces. This is 2nd time that it’s happened to us, both times in different rooms. The draw is bad & the room becomes smoke filled & fire alarms go off. Terrible. Also the bathroom sink was clogged up. Such a shame. We really love the place. Don’t know if we’ll go back.

The staff was all very professional and friendly. I like that we could park in the main lot and they had transportation as well. It was a treat to have mimosas with our made to order breakfast and they gave us chocolate treats when we checked out. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Spot for Relaxing Getaway
Charming hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. Parking can be a challenge, especially during dinner when their restaurant is in demand for non-guests, but the staff handled it very smoothly and there were no issues. Small touches like a water station and complimentary aluminum water bottle, snacks, and delicious chocolates. Only suggestion is to step up the coffee game at breakfast - food at the included breakfast was fabulous, but coffee was meh... Location is perfect for walking into town, very close to Bald Mountain and room balcony complete with lots of potted flowers made it very relaxing and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was amazing! Such a quaint Inn conveniently located at the end of town, walking distance to all the places in town you would need. Such great service starting with the kids outside ready to help with your luggage and valet your vehicle. Check in staff was so friendly and helpful with answers to my questions on where to go eat and shop. Very clean facility and rooms. Amazing cook to order breakfast every morning. Would totally recommend this place and will definitely return. Thank you all for a fun filled stay!

This place is amazing from start to finish! I cannot say enough wonderful things. The room was spacious and clean. The amenities were excellent. The staff were all amazing- helpful and just genuinely nice people! The service was INCREDIBLE! And the restaurant on site is one of the best in Sun Valley. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Sun Valley! Thank you for making our stay outstanding!

The lobby and overall room were lovely, but the bed was very unfortunate and we could not regulate the temperature of the room... Woke up several times either sweaty or cold. Wasted a lot of water as it took the shower almost a full 5 minutes to get warm. We also made dinner reservations noting it was our 25th anniversary. We were seated at a table in the middle of the restaurant which was loud and not the romantic dinner we hoped for.

My wife and I stayed here for a few days and we thought it was really nice. Regan at the front desk was very helpful several times, recommending good spots, taking us on a short trip to get bikes and helping us to get reservations at their onsite restaurant. Rooms are nice, ours had a balcony where we could sit and chill, free breakfast was really good and great location. We used the YMCA pass that was provided and rode bikes in that area and went on a run. Super nice place and would stay there again.
