It's a very short walk/ski to the gondola base and there's a lovely walking/bike path just above the property that we took our dog on every day. Being a dog friendly place was a huge bonus for us. The condo itself was fine overall - nice to have a full kitchen and the large fireplace was lovely. The bed was old and uncomfortable, but could be easily improved with a mattress topper from Costco. It was nice to have towels refreshed after two days and garbage service. The hot tub was large and we had it to ourselves each time we used it. The temp could be increased, especially since it's outside and people get snow in it. The unit was lovely, a good size for the two of us and our dog. Everything you need is there including plenty of storage space in the bathroom, bedroom and kitchen. The location can't be beat. Jan 4, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Great location I don't think you can stay closer to River Run, location is excellent. 0.25mi easy walk to the lift. The community hot tub was in questionable condition, the water didn't look good. That was a bummer. The accommodations are showing their age but are still in working order. Snow control across Sun Valley was very poor but that's not the owners fault. Ice management in the parking lot could have been better though. ##### Thor C.
