The living area has a gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen TV, and access to a deck with creek views. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops tops, and stainless steel appliances. The dining table seats four. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a 55-inch flat-screen TV. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower only. The second bathroom is off the hallway and has a single sink vanity and combo shower/tub. There is a pull-out double-size Murphy bed in the living room. There is no elevator in this complex to get to the upstairs condo's. There is no washer/dryer in this condo. Guest will need to use the Laundromat 2 miles away. Complex Features: The Cottonwood Condominiums are located on Dollar Road just across from the Sun Valley Village. The Sun Valley Pavilion is about two blocks away. This is the best location for convenient access to indoor and outdoor ice-skating rinks, pools, hot tubs, shops, and meeting facilities. The location is known for its privacy and tranquility, featuring a blend of comfort, warmth, and scenery. Landscaping includes ponds and streams on the grounds. Bald Mountain ski lifts are 1.5 miles away and Dollar Mountain ski lifts are 0.5 miles away. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Cottonwoods. In the summer the bike path provides miles of scenic biking or walking enjoyment. Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. My daughter and I were very happy with the location and the unit. It was a short walk to the rinks, which is where we spent most of our days. It was also quiet and very well kept. We did not use the Murphy bed, but it looked in working order and more comfortable than a sofa bed. The unit was stocked well with all the kitchenware anyone would need. The place is small, but very well organized. It worked perfectly for the two of us. You could fit additional people, but the only additional sleeping space is in the living room on the queen-size Murphy bed. It would be tight with 4 people, but for a family, you could make it work. The only negative to the unit is the building the unit is in. They are older and not very well kept. The carpet and paint are run down and typically smell. I could never figure out if it was smells from other condos coming together in the hallway or if it was just the older mildew smell of the building. The stairs going from the first floor to the second floor are also very narrow. Hard to carry larger bags up and down. The negatives would not stop us from staying at this location again, though. Just pointing out, so people know what to expect, and that the unit does not replicate how the common areas of the building are kept. ##### Tracy D.
