With 1457 square feet, it will accommodate up to six guests. The condo offers nicely appointed, comfortable furniture with a large sofa for all to relax. The living room features a river rock fireplace and is adjacent to the kitchen and dining area that seats up to 6 people. The deck off the dining room is very inviting for summertime relaxation and has an outdoor table and chairs overlooking Trail Creek for your dining pleasure. This unit does not have a telephone and does not have A/C. The living room has a 55-inch smart TV and Bluetooth stereo. The master bedroom in the loft has a 45-inch flat screen smart TV, a king bed, and a ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings, great light, and looks out over the living room below. It has its own full bathroom. The main level bedroom with a queen bed has a 45-inch smart TV and access to the full-size hallway bath. The third bedroom is also on the main level and has a king bed, a 55-inch smart TV, and access to the hallway bath. The condo has a stacked washer/dryer. Complex Features: Bridgepoint Condominiums are located in a convenient corner of Ketchum, just a few feet from the banks of Trail Creek. The complex is conveniently located near the bike path in the summer and is walking distance to the River Run ski lifts on Bald Mountain. Common area hot tub and outdoor parking for up to two cars only. The free Mountain Rides shuttle stops half a block from the complex to reach the River Run lifts or access the cities of Ketchum and Sun Valley for your shopping and dining pleasures. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Quick walk to gondola (\~8 min), or bus stop is 30 seconds down the road. Head the other direction for a short walk into town. Bedrooms are good size, and loft bedroom was really open and bright. The condo, well dated, was very clean and had everything you would want and in working order. The kitchen was FULLY stocked for cooking. The location was great for both walking to the lifts and walking into town. The bedrooms were well appointed, lots of coffee table books to look at and a few games to play. The wood burning fireplace was a big hit! The condo obviously hasn't been renovated in many years. But furniture was comfortable, water pressure in the showers were great. There were no visible carbon monoxide detectors and/or smoke detectors. The mgmt is not COVID safe, especially Barbara Wedman who only pulls up her mask when she approaches the counter. Also, employees were in the unit within minutes of checkin despite their claim of keeping the unit vacant for 24 hours. It isn't the most modern or a TV in every room, but it is perfect for a getaway or a lodge that is close the mountain.
