Experience a spacious mountain retreat in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome in the desirable Trappers Landing Complex. Perfectly positioned for your Sun Peaks adventure, this ski-in/ski-out property is steps from the Orient Chairlift and Valley Trail. Enjoy unbeatable convenience with short and easy walking access to the village, the Orient & Morrisey lifts, East Village Centre, Nordic trail network, golf course, and the cozy Umbrella Café.  
  
Step inside to discover an open-concept main floor filled with natural light from large windows, offering plenty of room for everyone to gather and relax. Whether you’re lounging in the inviting living area, playing board games at the dining table, or keeping the cook company at the breakfast bar, this home brings family and friends together effortlessly.   
  
The kitchen is a chef or baker’s dream — fully stocked with cookware, dishware, essentials and more. Share meals around the dining table with seating for eight, or enjoy casual breakfasts at the bar for three. After a day on the slopes, unwind in the comfortable living room, featuring a gas fireplace, large TV, and seating for five.  
  
This home accommodates up to eight guests in four thoughtfully appointed bedrooms: one with a king bed, two with queen beds, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds and its own TV — perfect for kids to enjoy their own space. Need room for one more? A fold-out sleeping pad is available for a ninth guest.  
  
Designed to enjoy time outside, this townhome features multiple balconies and a walk-out patio. Gather around the fire table on the balcony off the dining room, fire up the BBQ for dinner, or soak under the stars in your private hot tub.  
  
Additional amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer (plus iron and ironing board), complimentary Wi-Fi, ski storage in the garage, multiple TVs, board games, puzzles, and one parking space in front of the unit.  
  
Whether you’re skiing in winter, biking in summer, or simply soaking up the mountain air, this home offers the perfect Sun Peaks getaway.

Ski-in:  
To ski-in you can take the Mount Morrisey Connector run or the East Village Ski Way. Take either of those runs until you are under the Orient Chairlift, ski down under the orient chairlift, and your complex will be on your right side before skiing under the bridge. Cross the Valley Trail and you will be in your complex.   
Ski-out:   
To ski-out walk to the East end of the complex. Cross over the valley trail and you will be under the Orient chairlift. Or you can walk out your back door, hop on the valley trail until you reach the path that leads to under the Orient Chairlift. You will then ski down under the bridge and you will have access to the Orient Chairlift or continue a little further and reach the Mount Morrisey Chairlift.   
  
Walking:   
Village Centre Shops, Restaurants, and Cafes, 6 to 8 minutes   
Village Day Lodge, 10 to 12 minutes   
Skating Rink, 4 to 7 minutes  
  
In-Resort Shuttle:  
In the winter season ONLY, Sun Peaks Resort provides a complimentary shuttle service that offers transportation in and out of the village, with pick-up/drop-off locations conveniently accessible to all condo complexs. For more details please visit the Sun Peaks Resort website.   
  
Self-contained and self-catered unit:  
Your property comes equipped with fresh linens, sheets, towels, basic kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, soap tablets for the dishwasher, liquid dish soap, laundry detergent, paper products such as facial tissue, toilet paper, paper towel, salt and pepper, plus one complimentary pouch of coffee.  
We do recommend you bring anything you think you may need that is not provided, milk, spices, condiments, cooking oil, beverages, coffee, tea, etc
