"The staff were exceptional. I arrived in Johannesburg at 0400hrs. Arrived at the Hotel at 0800hrs. The manager was brilliant in allowing a very early check in by 0830 hours. Normal check in time is 1400hrs. We really appreciated the early check in as we had been travelling all day. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. "

There were snacks and drinks before game drives - excellent. There were chocolates on our pillows at night - excellent. Our game drives were led by Answer who was knowledgeable about animals, plants, and traditions. I could listen to him teach me about southern Africa all day.
