The front desk staff was great. There were people sitting outside on their vehicles drinking and shouting late into the night. I had small children with me so it felt unsafe when we left for dinner and kept us awake at night.

The accommodations at this property is just adequate. The condition of the room was clean, but in need of freshening up. Trim work needs to be rapainted & carpet was dirty. The sink wouldn’t hold water because of a crack & missing portion of the drain escutcheon. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable & staff was courteous. The room rate was cheaper than most in the area. This place was a stopover enroute to another location. For a little more money I’d probably go elsewhere in the future.

WE stayed 3 nights. They didn't hold an incidental fee on my card which I appreciated, due to us paying in advance. The hot breakfast was nice, waffles, eggs, muffins, toast, cereal, fruits, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea, water, etc. There was sausages which I felt were good but could be cooked a little more. The rooms were clean, the bathroom needs a bit more updating. The shower curtain wasn't water resistant so the floor mat would get soaked.The maid was very nice as well as the desk staff. The rooms were a little pricey but we booked last minute. We didn't use the pool, we went to the beach. There are tons of restaurants and stores in walking distance. Parking after a night out was full, we had to use a handicap spot and prayed we didn't get in trouble. This was a good stay for us, we'll be back.

Our stay was wonderful at the Comfort Inn. There were so many so so reviews that I questioned whether it would be a good place. It was really nice! No frills, but very nice, clean, nice staff & comfortable AND reasonably priced!!! There was a beautiful pool, although we didn’t get to use it because of the weather! I would highly recommend staying at the Comfort Inn in Ruskin/Sun City Center again! A

Not a bad place to stay. The first day, the room was not cleaned. We had another day they cleaned the room and did not totally close the door. The continental breakfast was marginal. If you hit it at the wrong time, they did not have all of the offerings.

This property needs major updating. The staff was kind but the property needs a complete remodeling. Broken shower head, scraped up walls, beat up doors, old carpet.... it was like staying at a dingy motel.

My sister, who needs a cane and I did not check in as we did not feel safe for her climbing the stairs and This is a motel without inside hallways (room doors open to the outside instead of to a hallway) and we did not feel safe staying at this hotel.
