Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square

10/10 Excellent
"Great location, as this was a recommendation from friends who’s stayed there during their honeymoon. The chicken staff could have use some additional customer service training, not very welcoming for a time Square location in New York City. The room was mediocre needed some repair. The TV was replaced in the room, leaving a big hole in the wall, where it originally was. Considering that we were only there for one night, we really didn’t make a lot of fuss. Not to make this a total negative review the Bellman, who checked in our baggage was great 👍."

PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel

8/10 Good
"The hotel is set back from the street with some trees and benches in front so it feels set apart from the busy street. I had tea and snacks in the lobby but did not go to the restaurant which I hear is beautiful. I filled out a survey and mentioned that the room lacked amenities (sewing kit, moisturizer, shower cap, robe). I was surprised to get an email from the manager who mentioned that they would have been happy to supply those things if I had asked. My room did have a clothes steamer which was very convenient since I was attending a wedding and my outfit was wrinkly from my suitcase. Overall, it was a nice stay!"
