The home is set up to be able to host up to 10 people. 5 bedrooms and 2 and half bathrooms, a queen bed in
master bedroom, full beds in other bedrooms. Master
bedroom has a jetted tub and 50" TV.
We carry all items you would need from a fully
stocked kitchen.
The home has a laundry area with a washer and a dryer.
Sit back and relax in the living room with 55" TV,
sectional comfy sofa and a coffe table.
This is a safe, friendly, peaceful neighborhood.
Additionally we do have a ring camera that
records sound upon motion.
The entire home is available for our guests except for
storage at the first floor.
We provide guests with the code to the keypad on the
front door to have easy access to home.
Free parking, free Wi-Fi, free Netflix
The home is also pet friendly with $100 non-refundable fee per trip.
Guests will be charged extra $250 penalty if they smoke at home and make the party(event).
In case of damage to any item in the home you will be charged the market price of this item. Note:
We’re happy to offer a barbecue grill for our guests who enjoy outdoor cooking! Please note that we do not provide charcoal, and the grill is not cleaned between guest stays. If you wish to use it, we kindly ask that you clean it before use. Thank you for your understanding!

The property was a perfect fit for us to visit our family. Beds were comfy and everything was clean! Close to everything we needed. Would stay again next visit for sure!

#### Very beautiful house, just missing some usual items
Not sure if this is a new rental property, but missing several things that most VRBOs have. No wine glasses on property, ceiling fan in bedroom by bathroom didn't work, trash cans already very full and not in bags in the bins.

The house was a perfect for our family! We were in town to for a baby shower for our future grandchild. Location was close to our sons house, downtown Charleston is an easy drive (depeon traffic!) We will definitely stay again whe is our whole family.

Nice property and location was just what we needed. Everything was very nice. Just some very minor updating/fixing needs to happen in order to be excellent. Several burned out light bulbs, caulk in shower moldy, overgrown rose bush across sidewalk. That being said, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again. It would be nice if you had access to neighborhood pool but completely understand that that may be against HOA.

We stayed for a week at this property and our kids had a great time utilizing the games and backyard. There were a bunch of cigarette butts outside but I’m sure that was just missed by the cleaning crew. House was great otherwise! Could use a Keurig though

#### Wonderful house. Wonderful hosts
Everything was perfect with the exception of the advertising of the games. Just to be honest, we booked this place because of the advertised "games" to play with my kids and grandson. None of the "games" were up to par to play them. Pool sticks had the tips taped on. Ping pong balls were cheap plastic with holes and do not bounce. Electronic dart board did not have batteries to keep score. Air hockey table had only one puck and it was chewed up which made it not glide. Finally, we did start to enjoy the foosball table until, after a few scores, a leg literally fell off the table. I must reiterate that the house and the hosts are perfect with the exceptions of the advertised games.

The property was nice. There were a couple of things you should know. The ice maker wasn't working. There were two ceiling fans that were turn on and stopped working, and we ran out of toilet paper. Other than that, everything was good. Thank you.

The space is big, clean and as advertised. I appreciated that there was little to do upon check out. Things were self explanatory. The backyard was big. The furniture comfy. Water pressure in the bathrooms left a little to be desired. Quite residential neighborhood. Would stay again and absolutely recommend it.

Great property! Clean, spacious, good location. Linens were immaculate, beds were comfortable and the home was equipped with everything you would need for a good stay. The game tables are definitely a added plus. I would definitely stay at the property again.

#### A beautiful surprise!
Though the pictures make the home look sparse, it is truly beautifully furnished and decorated. I loved our stay and would love to stay again. They really paid attention to the little things: hand soap, plenty of towel, trash bags, etc.

#### Perfect spot for families with young children
We had a wonderful experience staying at this property. There were lots of activities for the kids. They loved playing pool and the other games available. Kitchen was well equipped and clean, and we were able to cook all of our meals here. Beds were very comfortable, and we loved the soaker tub. This is also personal preference, but we loved that the homeowners didn’t use too many artificial scents. The homeowner was kind and responsive. The neighborhood was also very quiet and nice. Huge fenced in yard, perfect if you are traveling with pets and/or children. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area! Thank you!

The house was good for our family. # of bedrooms/bathrooms was adequate. The main problem was the check-in process. I had emailed several times to ask if we arrived early (an hour before check-in) could we gain entry. I was told they would let me know. On our check-in day, I still hadn't received a code to enter the house and it was after 4:00 pm, which was check-in time. I had a car full of 5 people including my 96 year old mom and a dog and groceries that I had just purchased. It was Christmas Eve and I was very frustrated. I had to call VRBO office for help. They had to contact the owner who couldn't be reached. I've used several rental companies before and never had this much trouble communicating with the owner. It made the beginning of our stay stressful to say the least.

Absolutely beautiful home with lots of amenities included. We had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the home tremendously. We have family in the area and we’re able to spend time with them during our stay. Our only concern was the limited amount of parking available for visitors.

Overall, wonderful property. Only suggestions would be a few more kitchen items (baking dishes/cookie sheet) and an instruction for the tv and the whole house speaker system. Minor inconvenience only though. Love the place and the location!
