Whether you're planning a weekend getaway or a two-week hiatus, the cottage offers a modernized kitchen with granite countertops, a living room adorned with a spacious leather sectional couch and a 50-inch LED TV, two bedrooms (one queen and one full), and an updated bathroom featuring a shower with a small rainfall shower head. We've got you covered with an initial supply of essentials like soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plush towels, washcloths, hand towels, as well as dishes, silverware, and glasses for a hassle-free stay. We welcome your furry companions and are open to accommodating one small dog (maximum weight of 25 lbs) for your stay. If you plan to bring your beloved pet along, kindly submit a booking request along with the following details as outlined below. Please note that our Pet Rules, as outlined in the House Rules section of this listing, will also apply to your stay. The information below must be provided prior to us approving your furry friend. \- Breed (including any mix), \- Age and weight of your pet, \- Confirmation of whether your pet is housebroken and crate trained, \- Verification that your pet is up to date on vaccinations. A copy of your pet's shot record is required for booking. By booking, you agree to adhere to our pet rules. In addition, a non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be applicable. Please note that we have a pet approval process in place to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
