Peak Season Monthly Bookings: All bookings from December through March must be for the entire month, starting at the beginning and ending at the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked if they follow this requirement. Bookings that do not adhere to this policy are subject to cancellation. Especially during the holidays, it was so nice to find a real assortment of baking and cooking tools and utensils.The home itself is an older keys home, impeccably maintained, in a quiet key, surrounded by nature preserve. You are an hour from Key West and 15 minutes from the closest stores of Big Pine.The owner was very responsive. The use a third party (iTrip) app added an additional layer to the communication but was not a problem. We had a wonderful, restful time there. ##### Erin C. It's very private, and well off the beaten path, so you really feel like you're on your own little island. We had great interactions with our neighbors as well - it's a charming little neighborhood.
