Perfect Location 35' Dockage! It's a wonderful time to enjoy Paradise! Enjoy endless expansive water views (from sunrise to sunset) looking down a wide Y-shaped sparkling blue canal to open water! 35' concrete seawall, perfect for avid boater, open concrete deck as a great gathering spot, swim or fish right off the dock! Dock amenities include fish cleaning table, cleats, swim ladder, dock posts, and storage access with bait freezer. Quick ocean side access to gulf and ocean, near Looe Key Reef. Main living room overlooking water with two sliders off open porch to bring the outdoors in. Large master suite with queen size bed with full bathroom and lots of closet storage and stack washer/dryer. Guest bedroom queen bed, with accordion door to separate living room, and offers closet storage and bathroom with stand up shower plus private entrance. Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans, tile floor, gas grill, outdoor patio furniture and dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker with Keurig refill cup. Jan 18, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### It was what we needed for a fishing getaway Overall, this place was just what we needed but there are a few things that could have been better. The cons: walking into the front door of the property, you walk directly into what is considered the ‘guest room’ so as you can imagine, a bedroom situated between the living room and the front door has no privacy. Yes, an accordion pull to separate the bed from the rest of the house but all in all, I wouldn’t say it has a second bedroom. The water pressure in the second bathroom was awful so everyone shared the master bathroom, which is quite small. We had our family of 5 stay, it’s disappointing when there aren’t extra chairs to use and the table (as pictured) only seats 4\. The kitchen was supplied with 2 dishwasher pods and 1 tiny bottle of dish soap, even though we stayed for a week. We asked for additional and we were told they only supply ‘starter’ supplies and we would have to go buy our own. The stacked W&D was great to have for laundry but when they ask you to launder towels, it would have been nice to have detergent provided for it. Ran out of TP, only a roll extra per bathroom. Pros: stocked kitchen and fish cleaning table outside. Location for boating was wonderful! Neighbors were great! The house was clean (minus a cockroach visitor one night, but it was the only 1 we saw and they said they treat monthly for them). Check-in was a breeze. The V.O. amenities were wonderful to have and having the store open 7 days a week was a great bonus!! Overall, still 5 stars. ##### Jeremiah & Jessica F.
