This is a lovely property, and a wonderful location. The house is wonderful, well stocked and well positioned. The house is beautifully decorated and has pretty much everything you need. The location is great, there are a few very good restaurants nearby. But overall it’s a little bit away. We had a boat that was docked and used it to boat and fish around. It was great. Location is right at the mouth of the canal and around the corner from the marina The community store is just a few hundred feet down the road, which makes running over there easy. There were bikes and a golf cart as well as starter supples in the house. Our son enjoyed the basketball cart and our daughter the bikes. The house was very clean and the great room was spacious. However, beware of the clear coffee table, if you don’t know it’s there, you may trip over it. We had enough space in both bedrooms to accommodate all our needs, even though storage is somewhat limited. The waterfront view is beautiful and the golf cart is an added bonus. ##### Jayne L.
