This property is situated in a very popular area of Summerland; because of it's proximity to the lake and is suitable for 6 guests. Through the months of November 2020 - March 2021 discounts are being offered, tenants staying on a 28 day period or more are responsible for clearing any snow from walkways and the driveway, shovels provided by owner. Monthly tenants will be provided with toiletries and the like upon arrival however will be responsible for replenishing items as required such as; toilet tissue, kleenex, soaps, shampoo's, conditioners, paper towels, kitchen dish soap, dishwasher soap, etc.
