The grounds were beautifully decorated and maintained with several public hangout spots including day beds, chairs and a fire pit. The checkin process was simple and easy and the property manager is friendly and prompt with any questions or needs. The location is quiet and walking distance to a really great cafe. Ventura, Carpinteria, Montecito, and Santa Barbara are all very easy car rides away and there’s a ton of excellent beaches in the immediate area. Whether you want shopping, restaurants, nightlife, or natural wonder it’s all here along with a super comfortable condo to stay in.
