The little patio outside with the fountain was delightful as were the rest of the grounds. The location, right behind The Sacred Place and around the corner from Field and Fort was wonderful – just far enough from the freeway so it was barely a hum in the background.Natty was more than helpful and accommodating with a number of my requests. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos: in great condition, thoughtfully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed and some nice extras. The king size bed in the main bedroom was comfortable, and the older kids loved their bunk beds. There's a unit above the rental but that was never an issue, the soundproofing was really good and the other guests all very respectful. The rental was great for our toddler, we could close the gate to the patio and he could move between the indoors and outdoors all he liked.We spent a lot of time relaxing on the beautiful private patio and in the incredible shared garden areas. It's like being in a tropical paradise.The location is fantastic and why we initially chose this rental. It's across the street from a park, next door to a gorgeous shop and gardens, a couple doors down from a great brunch spot, and a short walk up the road to downtown Summerland. Meanwhile Santa Barbara and Carpinteria are both less than a 10-minute drive away.
