Suches Vacation Rentals provides the following amount of basic goods as a Starter Kit for your arrival at the cabin: Kitchen Trash Bags - 5 (under the kitchen sink) Paper Towels - 1 Roll per Kitchen Toilet Paper - 3 per bathroom Body Soap - Small sample bar soaps (with welcome kit in kitchen) Please make a note, this is a starter kit for your arrival. If you feel that you'll need more of these items you'll want to bring them with you or purchase them while you are in town. Since coffee and laundry detergent can be very personal choices we encourage you to bring those with you as we do not provide them. An ample supply of dish soap, dish detergent, shampoo and conditioner and hand soap are provided. Suches Vacation Rentals operates in a beautiful but very remote area of the North Georgia Mountains. Because professional linen services are not available locally, we personally handle all laundering in-house. Each guest is provided with two freshly cleaned towels. If you find you need extras, you’ll find a set of “seconds” under the bathroom counter. These are clean towels that have been dyed and repurposed to extend their life. While they may show mild wear or faint imperfections, they are freshly washed and perfectly suitable for use. We appreciate your understanding and your help in supporting our efforts to conserve resources and reduce waste while maintaining comfort for every guest. No amplified sound equipment can be used outdoors between the hours of 10pm and 8am Sunday - Thursday and not between the hours of 11pm and 8 am Friday and Saturday. Pet Fee is $75 per dog. We only allow dogs. No cats. Pets shall always be secured within the boundaries of the property. If the property is not fenced, pets must be kept on a leash and always accompanied by the pet owner while outside. If you plan to go out and leave your dog at the cabin, please know that we require they be crated in your absence. The location was perfect, far enough away to be secluded and quit but close enough to amenities like grocery. The house name is different than what is listed which led to some initial confusion. You will not have service until you get connected to the wifi, but the church right up the road is a good high spot to find service if needed. I ran into several issues but Joni was right there to help, communication was great. It was very cold during my visit, I recommend bringing an extra heater and extra blankets if it is going to be cold while you stay. Close the bathroom door and put a towel in front of the base of the front door to help keep the space warm. The booklets in the house for things to do were very helpful! The drive up to the cabin was pretty rough, I think if it came a hard rain you wood be stuck at the property. The Hot tub was broken withno water and no power to it, NO washer or dryer, you definitely do not have cell phone service, thank god where was WIFI. NOT THE BEST VACATION FOR SURPRISING my Girlfriend with a proposal to be my wife. JUST REALLY DISAPPOINTED. ##### Gene C. Upon arrival we ran into a little issue with the keypad but within minutes Joni was able to help us. The cabin is a few hundred feet away from another so it’s not entirely secluded, but we never heard our neighbors and rarely saw them. The other houses have string lights outside, though this house does not. With grilling and the hot tub, it would have been great to have that though the one outdoor light was sufficient. The hot tub was unfortunately dirty, most likely from the elements so we opted to not use it. The water however was hot so it works perfectly, nothing worse than a hot tub that doesn’t get hot. The kitchen is well stocked (blender, air fryer, hot plate, pots and pans, microwave, waffle iron). The bathroom was also well stocked. It had a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap. Additionally, towels for bathing as well as the hot tub are provided. We spent a lot of time indoors but the location was just perfect. It is within thirty minutes of Helen and Dahlonega, close enough to the towns to do fun things but far enough to focus on being in nature. If you’re thinking of visiting either, these tiny cabins are excellent. All in all, the trip was perfect. We will definitely be staying again. Thanks Joni!! ##### Emory C.
