Many people, like our group of 3, have grown to depend on good wifi service in the places where I stay. With the technology available today, there is no reason not to have excellent wifi service, except mgt does not want to take the time to do it right. The wifi was not good in the rooms and kept dropping us off. I loved everything else about your hotel, but will not return unless the wifi is fixed. You should get this right.

This hotel never fails to amaze us. Spotless bathroom and room, one of the best buffet breakfast (you will never see anything like this in the US, even for the most expensive hotels), exceptional customer service, the restaurant on site is one of the best in town, good location. I would recommend this hotel to any travaler. Moreover, I would recommend to any hotel owner or manager in the US to come and learn what quality means.

Best experience ever
One of the best hotels I ever stayed in the world. Comfortable rooms and bed, very clean, friendly staff Excellent restaurant abarbar, with a good choice of of local and international fodder and drinks. And the breakfast is not a breakfast, is a real feast. I cannot even count how many dishes were presented. American hotels, with their overinflated prices and under-standard services, would have something to learn from this.

Solid choice for a good night’s sleep.
Hotel Sonnenhof is a wonderful hotel when you need a comfortable place to spend the night before or after traveling into the Romanian countryside or if you just want a business style hotel. The restaurant is reasonably priced, and the outside terrace is very pleasant for dinner, a drink, or breakfast. The front desk staff at this hotel were especially wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and large. The location is not at all interesting for people without a car. It is not walking distance from the train station or the bus station but cabs are inexpensive. Would definitely stay again if traveling through Suceava.

A comfortable and welcome travel stop
This was a very pleasant hotel stay in between two travel days. We arrived late and ate dinner in the hotel, which we never do but we were happy for the ease of it, and the meal was reasonably priced and perfectly acceptable. The rooms were spacious and clean—not trying to be a luxury or design-centered boutique hotel, just a functional and modern room. I appreciated the simple wood furniture, the very hot shower, and the and clean robes, pillows, and bedding. The front desk and restaurant staff were friendly, professional, and English-speaking. They accommodated us by holding some of our bags for several days, which was incredible helpful. We will stay there again on our way back through town and would choose the hotel again.

Romanian holiday
Stay was ok, but on weekends they apparently have no security since a loud disturbing party went on until 4 am. And they had no Ability to control the music or the boisterous behavior. Would think twice about weekend stays. Food was average and service was friendly but a little slow. Good place during the week. e ability to shut it down. Would not advise staying there on weekends Food wa S s average and staff was friendly

I was passing through Suceava to Ukraine and stayed at the Hotel Sonnenhoff. It was charming, clean and restful. Wonderful breakfast buffet and friendly, helpful staff.

Convenient and Comfortable
Sonnenhof is a nice hotel within a few minutes drive to the city center. It was clean and modern. Rooms have sufficient space. The restaurant has a good selection and the food was prepared well including a good wine selection. The breakfast was impressive. This is a convenient, comfortable place to stay.

Modern, nice hotel. Nice room, some functional problems with the shower. Excellent restaurant, very good food for more than reasonable price. Perfect service by the staff in the hotel and restaurant . For some reason the address or name of the hotel could not be found on our GPS buth there are roadside signs to follow from the city center

Home base for visiting the painted churches
This is definitely a good location for a tour of the churches as the distance and the roads will chew up a lot of time. This is a modern clean hotel and you will probably be pleased.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hotel Sonnenhof. Very comfortable bed, quiet location, nice decor and well equipped. The staff on the front desk were particularly helpful with information and directions.

Comfortable Stay
We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Sonnenhof. The only thing that would have made it easier would be if the restaurant menu were in English (a somewhat petty comment, I guess). We were treated very well, and the room was very comfortable

Gem in the centre
Needed a place to stay for the night so we figured that a four star in Romania should equal a 3 star anywhere else. WRONG. This place can compete with any four star, anywhere. Clean and modern room. Super comfy bed. Great great value. Keep up the great work.
