The house is centrally located in the Black Hills which makes it possible to visit all the favorite sites. Wonderful location and James was terrific to deal with. We’ve been renting homes for 14 years and have a few observations from our other experiences.More utensils would be recommended so there is plenty for larger groups and a railing on the platform / staircase in the garage would be a nice safety item. Adding mirrors in the bedrooms would also be a nice.Otherwise, the house was great and it was nice to sit by the fire pit and enjoy the view!We would all recommend this house for anyone heading to Mt. This house was large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 5 children in a comfortable way. There are many extras included in the house that make prepping meals, etc. so easy. I would definitely recommend this home and will stay again if we visit this area in the future.
