Only advice I have is that there are a few birch trees that are close to the house which are in bad shape. You should cut them down before they hit the house. We booked the home to allow my sister-in-law access with her being wheelchair bound. The other main reason is to allow all of us access to the lakefront. That was impossible and VERY disappointing!
