In the resort 200 m from the centre of Stumm, 1 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 15 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 4 km from the lake, 1 km from the skiing area. For shared use: indoor pool (8 x 5 m). In the house: sauna, relaxation room, spa area, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), ski boot dryer. Bread roll service, breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bus stop "Stumm Dorfkreuzung" 53 m, railway station "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 900 m, outdoor swimming pool 600 m, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.8 km, cycle lane 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kaltenbach-Hochfügen 1 km, Zillertal Arena 7 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Additional accommodations can be booked. In summer: use of the adventure park in the nearby Alpin Family Resort Seetal. 20.00 sqm . Climbing tower, trampoline, petting zoo.
