Had all the necessary space for kids aged 2-8 and all the other adults family members. Great location right on the ocean. So many seashells that the kids loved hunting for. Really the only things one needs to bring is their food, drink and clothes. Everything else is provided to satisfy most anything one is interested in doing, from the youngest to the oldest. The convenience of checking in and the relax approach to check out were great. The location is also magnificent. My only feedback is some of the beds could be replaced with more comfortable ones and the stove needs to be upgraded. With that said, our stay was fabulous. Everyone loved the place and commented on how wonderful it was and so well equipped! My 5 year granddaughter cried when we left saying she didn't want to leave - it was the best place ever (& we were leaving to go to Disney!) Having both the ocean and the shaded pool and the fishing pier over by the river was ideal - it let people be as together or separate as they wished. We celebrated our daughter’s 15th birthday and everyone had a magnificent time. The house is very well equipped, with all the water toys and house amenities that you could ever imagine. The property manager is excellent and we have always enjoyed the location and these well managed properties on the south side of Hutchinson island. Highly recommend it. ##### Andres O. Staying in one of Al's properties never disappoints and our stay in Xanadu was no exception. Al's hosting is simply second to none and the property and amenites were very welcoming. The weather was crappy for the entire week of our stay but we were still able to enjoy worthwhile time together in the house and made many great memories playing games and enjoying the hot tub. The house was scrupulously clean and everything worked and was well maintained. The beach view is amazing at this property and we enjoyed watching the high surf and a few surfers attempting to master the waves. The outdoor area over by the river is really nice and very well stocked with a variety of fun activities. We enjoyed them the last few days when we could finally get out of the house. The fire ring in the cool evening was a lovely gathering spot. We made many great memories and would definitely return to this property again. Thank you Al from all of us! ##### Carl S. We started w our "summer" trips in Florida last year. The house was amazing, had everything we needed. The elevator was great as we had 2 in manual wheelchairs so made that easy. There are several reasons why we picked the very same house again. This property has everything! I’ve never stayed at a place that you didn’t have to bring anything or worry about cleaning up before you leave. You have the bay on one side and ocean front on the other. They have any beach supplies you could want, a small pool that was awesome, and any household item you could think of. Besides filling the fridge with your particular items you want, everything else is there. Al, the property manager, was awesome with communication and any questions I had. This property is amazing! They literally have thought of everything! When they say just bring your Bathing Suit, they aren’t kidding! We had such a relaxing time because there is so much to do at the house we didn’t ever have to leave! We DoorDashed a lot of meals which was nice! Our favorite things were probably the views from both sides, the hot tub and paddle boarding! And the Nespresso Machine!! We did go out to eat on 1 rainy evening to Kyle G’s and it was so good! The beds were comfortable and it was nice having beach towels since we flew in and couldn’t bring that type of stuff! I would definitely recommend and hope to be back soon! ##### Krystal K. The house was stocked inside and outside with everything we needed to have a fun, relaxing and easy week. There were beach games, fishing rods, bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, chairs and more. Inside we didn't have to buy paper goods, laundry detergent, toiletries, spices, and so much more. We enjoyed fishing and happy hour off the bayside dock and the new pool was a lot of fun. The hot tub on the beach side is huge. Views of both sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking. We even were lucky enough to see a sea turtle laying her eggs. The only negative is that there was significant beach erosion since we stayed there 2 years ago and there were so many rocks in the ocean that we really couldn't safely swim in the ocean. There were 20 of us, 9 adults and 11 children. The kids were ages 2-16\. We had plenty of space and everyone could spread out. There was something for everyone. Our kids spent a lot of time snorkeling (provided), looking for critters in rocks, and shell searching. The whole family kayaked, used paddle boards, boogie boards (all provided), and we loved how they supplied all the life jackets and water shoes! The guys fished a LOT and loved the big fishing dock. They had all the fishing poles, tackle, all in a pull cart and ready to go. The kids swam in the pools, we grilled and loved the family table space. I've never been in such a well-stocked home, if you need it, you will find it. All the bug spray, sunscreen, lawn chairs, plenty of towels! They have really put thought into what you will need. We had 2 three year olds and a 2 year old that still nap. They made sure we had little beds and baby monitors. All the little special items here and there were amazing. Did I mention coffee? And Nespresso? Such a big hit! Everything was extremely clean and organized. Beds everywhere and comfortable. I could go on and on with how supplied this house is. Also, the water stations everywhere were great! And Al was awesome to communicate from day one of planning until the end. If we needed anything he was quick to reply.
