This residence has recently been updated with new vinyl woodgrain flooring throughout the living areas and bedrooms, fresh paint, and full refurnishing of the decor. Sleeping accommodation includes a king-size bed in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a deluxe queen-size inflatable air mattress if needed. A wide flat screen TV in the living room is surrounded by comfortable seating for inside relaxation, but this home also offers an oversize balcony directly accessible from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom overlooking the oceanfront beach and blue water beyond. Plan your day with breakfast and the sea breeze at sunrise or end your afternoon recreation with beverages and dinner. There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the surf and gentle ocean air. This rental property also provides its guests with access privileges to the Marriott Resort Ocean Club if you wish to enjoy on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, and beach club access in addition to the private community pool and amenities included within your condominium building.
