It has a beautiful view from a large balcony that is priceless. The location is great, right on the beach but also close to several other beaches in the area. New owner's Johnnie and Ryan were very easy to communicate with, responded right away and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We booked primarily for the view pictured on the listing and were not disappointed. The balcony offers the best view of the coastline and sunrises. The unit is very well appointed; comfortable furniture, mattresses and well-stocked kitchen. We initially booked just for the 2 of us, but after seeing the space, invited our daughter & her family to join us for a day to check out the area for a future family trip - plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 little girls (they slept on the pull out sofa). The pool is small but clean and the location is so convenient to area shopping and great restaurants. The owners were immediately responsive (only thing we needed was an updated wifi password).
