A brand new build, but in a seasoned part of town, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2 car garage corner unit, has impact glass windows and all the upgrades you'd pick for your own home. Double vanity sinks in both the owner's suite and guest bathroom! First floor has wood like tile throughout and carpet upstairs to keep your feet cozy when it's bedtime, there is fans in every room.
