This is a great property with an incredible amount of things to do right on the property. The listing states that it’s stocked and IT IS STOCKED. The only thing I would change would be more sandy beach adjacent to the property but the rocks were interesting and fun to play on as well! The house is fully stocked and well equipped. Every possible amenity you could think of, and many you didn’t (metal detectors in the garage!) is there. Al responds immediately to every communication, and the check-in and check-out procedures could not be easier or more carefree. There is an abundance of things to do...our favorites included hot tubbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. There is an inviting common area for large groups to gather and also spots to get away to read & relax. Al was a wonderful host and checkout was a simply “relax” with no chores. However, he was very pleased with the location and all of the activities and things to do at the house. We literally played board games, went fishing, paddle boarded and enjoyed a family movie night. The house had everything we needed to have the best time, the house itself was super comfortable with a great layout, and the location was excellent with access to both a gorgeous beach on the Atlantic side and a super fun play area with dock on the lagoon side. Both the pool and hot tub were enjoyed by everyone. In addition to the house being so wonderful, everything we could want or need was closeby within short driving distance. Best of all, the property manager was super responsive answering any questions or addressing any needs. 10 out of 10 we'd recommend Art on the Beach for a wonderful vacation! ##### Janna I. Art House on the Beach is a large, beautiful, welcoming home that is chock full of amenities. The views of both the ocean and the river are spectacular. View of water from every window. House has everything you'd wish for and more. Soaking in the hot tub in the beach tower overlooking the ocean was amazing. If you are a big party or just a few people don't matter, this house has it all and really can accommodate for all. When we visit, we have three generations coming and it never disappoints. Sits in between 2 bodies of water with views of the ocean directly outside most windows and off all balconies. Direct access to the beach just outside the door. Tons of water toys right on the property. Highly recommend this rental! As an added bonus, the property manager is the best I’ve ever dealt with! Super hands on with all aspects of the rental, quick to respond, and even gave us his cell phone number in case we needed anything which wasn’t already provided, which we didn't need to us because literally everything was already provided! And checking out- they said- enjoy every last minute and we take care of everything else!! We will be back, no doubt. Next time we will stay longer so we can enjoy all the amenities! The beds were comfortable and the living space accommodated all of us easily to celebrate a 50th birthday/week. The property provided everything to do various activities including, kayaking, paddleboards, floats, fishing, putting green, beach chairs, tents, umbrellas, coolers and sand shoes. We got to see turtles make their way up from the ocean to nest, manatees swam right under our kayaks and we caught several nurse sharks from the beach. You just need to show up and all is provided except for food and drinks. Views are amazing from all areas inside and out. I highly recommend this property and the management company!
