"Spending the holidays away from home can be hard but not at the Yinzers Getaway. The house was beautifully decorated, very clean, nice kitchen, and beautiful dining room for Christmas dinner. "Place is advertised as a "Loft", it's simply not, it's a single family home in an up and coming neighborhood. It's a nice home, but really poorly furnished and definitely not for young kids or the elderly (very steep staircases). Outside is very unkempt, inside was clean but the furniture is the cheapest stuff imaginable. Zero checkin information, towels were in the dryer in the basement, kitchen barely equipped, etc. That said, the area was really nice and the beds were pretty decent. "

The building in which this apartment is located is handsome and relatively well-kept, as far as we could see, except for a shattered window and broken window frame outside this unit's kitchen window. Communication with the owners by email and text is fairly easy, except I am still waiting for a promised refund for 2 nights out of our 3. I am considering requesting a refund for all 3 nights,...
