Located in a quiet neighbourhood across from Millfield School and walking distance to Clarks Village and local amenities. The house has an open outlook across from a recreational area. It is a quiet and well-maintained neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. The house has state-of-the-art fibre optic internet (150Mbps upload and download) The kitchen is fitted with high quality oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer, toaster, blender and electric wine bottle opener. The bathrooms are serviced by a high pressure water system, producing instant hot water. The bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds, ceiling fans and top quality linens and bedsheets are provided. The sofa in the dining room area folds out into a very comfortable bed (California Super King) The garage can accommodate one car and can be accessed through a connecting door into the house. The washer and dryer are located in the garage with a workbench and storage at one end. Street is ideally located within short driving distance of Glastonbury and the ancient city of Wells.
