Fabulous modern apartment within walking distance of Shakespeare's Birthplace and town centre. Lounge with separate kitchen and dining space. Two bedrooms. Free on site parking, lift access. Fully equipped with all you need to self cater but close enough to enjoy all of the local restaurants, bars and cafes if you choose to. Great location to explore Cotswolds, Warwick and Leamington and other surrounding areas.

Nice apartment in great location

Well appointed property, with adequate space for 4 and parking. Everything you need and a 5 minute walk into town, and 10 to eht theatre. 4 codes to remeober or write down to get in though, and noise at 3am from the club opposite and some neighbours (Friday/Saturday night).Overall would visit again.

Fab stay.

Had a fab stay in this apartment. It's in a great location, literally 2 mins walk to the centre of the town. The instructions for checking in with keypads etc were clear and easy. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We all commented on how comfortable the beds were and how nice the pillows and quilts were too. We all had a great nights sleep. A fab stay was had by all.

Perfect Apartment - just perfect!

We stayed for 5 nights in what can only be described as a perfect apartment.The apartment is very well appointed and very well furnished and has everything you need for a stay. it was really clean and tidy.Getting in can be a bit confusing at first as it is all keypads but after doing so for the first time it's fine. It also is a very secure property which gives you complete peace of mind.You have your own parking space in a secure setting which is a must for Stratford, I have never seen so many parking inspectors in a town! There must be tickets being issued left right and centre. So as I said the parking space is an absolute bonus.The position of the apartment is perfect. If you think of the town as a cross the apartment is at the bottom of the cross. Everything, pubs, restaurants, the river and all the beautiful old building are within a 10 minute walk. Every evening we left the car and walked to a lovely restaurant or pub for a meal and drink.Would we go back? In a heartbeat, we love Stratford Upon Avon and have been a number of times but nothing has come close to this apartment - not even near. When we go back it will be to Montague House.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

Easy to find and enter the property.Very modern and nicely decorated, really spacious, spotlessly clean, very warm and inviting and has everything you need (apart from pint glasses )Beds comfy, but pillows and duvet a little too soft for our liking. Location was perfect, walking distance to shops and tourist attractions. And had a nice view of the high street and Xmas decs.Was surprisingly quiet despite being on the main road.

Lovely stay

Contemporary apartment in the centre of Stratford upon Avon. Well appointed with everything you need for a short or long stay. Comes with a parking space which is a bonus in Stratford however the gate to the car park didn't work when we arrived and it might have been easier to have a phone number to contact rather than having to go through the vrbo app to communicate with the property manager. Its on a main road into Stratford so expect some traffic noise. Also lots of codes to remember as no keys!
