« The house was wonderful as was the host. Perfect size the 2 couples with 2 beds and 2 full bathrooms. Loved that the bedrooms had luggage stands, no suitcases on the floor!The neighborhood was quiet and in walking distance to town, the hill going back to the house may be challenging for some. »

Everything about our stay was perfect. Ken was the ultimate communicator, so friendly, accommodating, and available for any questions. « We stayed at The Beaver Den while visiting West Jefferson for a family birthday and reunion, and it was perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, well kept, and centrally located. Amanda was fantastic—very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Downtown West Jefferson had plenty of shopping, dining, and activities, and it was a short drive to Boone, Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and other nearby attractions. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back! »

« Great house for our family! Beautiful outdoor spaces with plenty of room for us to spread out. We really enjoyed making s’mores around the fire pit and playing darts. Kitchen is well appointed. High Meadows is very convenient to Stone Mountain Park where we did some hiking and also convenient to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Craig was quick to respond and a great host! »

« We stayed for a family get together, the space was nice but for a larger group (7) the kitchen was small. We used paper plates and plasticware to keep down on dishes but there is only one outside trash can and with a larger group including an infant trash was taken out more often and accumulated quickly. Take notethere is no yard to walk your dog, we had our small dog and walked her up the road which wasn't a problem for us. Easy check-in and out. We would stay again, we loved the decks and...
