The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful when we checked in. The hotel is very clean and was beautifully decorated for the holidays since we were there for the Christmas Markets. Our room was clean & stylish. The mattress and pillow were among the most comfortable of any place I have ever stayed. Bathroom is spacious with 2 sinks so makes it very easy for two people to get ready in the morning. Shower and water pressure were great, with the added bonus of a towel warmer that automatically turned on in the mornings! It is walkable to the city center, and most important for us was that it was walkable to the many surrounding Christmas Markets! It’s set in the most picturesque location and was such a perfect arrival for our first time in France! It's in the middle of the historic Petite France district, and I was lucky to secure a room with a balcony that looked out on one of the Strasbourg's historic canals lined with beautiful houses.
