HOUSING This apartment in the center of Strasbourg and close to all amenities and an apartment is for you to spend a pleasant stay. It consists : \- An entrance with plenty of storage that serves the living room and bedroom \- A living room where you will find an open kitchen, a dining area, a bright living room with a TV and a sofa bed. It is possible to separate the sitting area with a curtain for more privacy when it is used as a second bedroom. \- Separate toilet \- A bedroom with a double bed and an office, giving access to the terrace and the bathroom \- a shower room with shower and washbasin \- a sunny terrace overlooking the courtyard where it is possible to take a little fresh air but also to eat for two. PRESENTATION You will be rue du faubourg national, in the center of Strasbourg at 5 min walk from the hypercentre. You can visit the Petite France, tourist area with its Alsatian architecture, its typical restaurants and the famous Covered Bridges, all this also 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Near the station, you have on the street supermarket and other small shops. The hypercentre is accessible by tram, two stops or on foot in a few minutes, this is where you will find Strasbourg Cathedral, all the shops and tourist places such as Place Kléber or Place Gutenberg. This apartment is very well placed for your visit of the city or even for business trips. With the tram in front of the building you can reach the European institutions in 15 min. They walked us through it and after 10 minutes of trying we were in! The property was clean but the kitchen was not well stocked in terms of glasses and mugs. The shower is a “shower room” so everything gets wet and we really did not like it. There were no instructions as to how to operate the TV but after some tries we figured it out. The bed is very low but actually quite comfortable. We were not able to adjust the heat and were a little cold. The living room furniture is not comfortable and the toilet seat was detached from the toilet. Overall, some minor annoyances but overall served the purpose of a good nights sleep and in an excellent location, less than 10 minutes walk from the rail station and Petite France. ##### Rhonda B. Séjour de 5 nuits en décembre 2025 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Rattikan Voyage en famille 25 oct. 2025 Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral nur ca. 300 M. vom Bahnhof entfernt und fünf Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind quasi vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung selbst ist vom Zustand her nicht wirklich okay. In der Wohnung gibt nur Schiebetür, die auch nicht komplett eingebaut sind - s hat man keine Ahnung warum eine Platte einfach weggelassen. Genau wie die Gardine fehlt auch eine Seite. Die andere Seite liegt im Schrank. Die Wohnung ist hellhörig und am Wochenende etwas laut. Das Bad und die Toilette ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir hatten nasse Füße in der Toilette, weil anscheinend irgendwas undicht war. Die Verwaltung hat schnell über unsere Infos reagiert - dennoch müssen wir Plastiktüte und Handtücher drüber liegen, damit man nicht ständig die Socken wechseln muss. Ansonsten ist fast alles da , was man braucht : Herd, Töpfe, Föhn und der Backofen als Deco, weil auch der nicht funktioniert hat. Wie schon erwähnt die Wohnung ist zentral, bezahltbar und für eine Woche haben wir es überlebt. ##### Rattikan Séjour de 7 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Doreen K. 21 juill. 2025 Points forts : Propreté Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar in der Nähe des Zentrums, welches gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Zum Europaparlament fährt die Straßenbahn. Wir waren zu viert in der Wohnung, was für ein paar Tage ohne Probleme möglich war. Die Küche ist für ihre Größe optimal eingerichtet und jedes freie Plätzchen wurde perfekt ausgenutzt. Wir würden für einen Kurzurlaub auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. ##### Doreen K.
