Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 10-room house with a total area of 266 square meters. The house features a comfortable and tasteful furnishing style. The main living area includes a large lounge with a flat-screen TV, DVD player, and an electric heater for added warmth. There is also a separate living room equipped with a cable TV (flat-screen) and a DVD player. The bedrooms consist of three double rooms, each with a double bed and an en-suite shower/WC. Additionally, there is one room with two beds and a shower/WC. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and a freezer. It also features a dining table. From the kitchen, you can access the terrace area. There is a separate WC on the main floor. Upstairs, you will find one room with two beds and a bathroom, one room with two beds, one double bedroom with a double sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom, and one room with a bunk bed that can accommodate two guests. The house also has an additional bathroom on the upper floor.

The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. Outdoor seating is available with terrace furniture and a conservatory area. You can enjoy beautiful views of the sea from the sitting area. For your convenience, the house is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The property allows a maximum capacity of 16 guests, with nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms available.

This property is suitable for families and allows up to two pets or dogs. Please note that TV channels are available only in English. The house is equipped with a smoke alarm for your safety.
