The furnished deck is the ideal place to enjoy the sweet mountain air with a morning coffee or a glass of evening wine. The bar was detaching from the counter. There were a bunch of repairs done to the walls and never painted. Cracks in the ceiling and drywall damage in the bathrooms. The add listed parking on the ground floor but when we got there that lot was under construction and forced us up an outside stair case and then 2 more stair cases in the building. Tough to kid in and out with two adults and 3 kids with ski/snowboard equipment. Listing also stated there would be drinking water provided due to high PFAS is the tap water. There was none provided, and the walk to the pool area or office was not easy or short. ##### Justin M. They don't tell you this upfront. Once you get there you are told that useable water is "at the pool house" or "at the front office during business hours". But they don't tell you where the pool house is, and they don't give you a useable container to get it from there, so don't bother. After texting back and forth with customer support throughout the evening (and ultimately going to buy water at the store), the next day a 6 gallon jug was left in the apartment. This is nice, but still not useable as no one can pour from a 6 gallon jug into a glass, coffee pot, or similar.The whole apartment is at a slant. This may or may not bother you (it freaked my wife out). Online customer support tries but is limited in what they can actually do to help. ##### Tuck P. Bedsheets and bed skirting are torn and there are stains on the blankets (seems like the blankets were not washed at all). One of the legs of the single bed was broken and the bed was not usable. The apartment was not cleaned properly and there was rubbish behind the beds and bedside tables. We feedback to VRBO about the condition of the apartment together with pictures, however VRBO failed to attend to our request and is not willing to compensate for the inconvenience caused to us during the stay. ##### Ami R. The location is very convenient for getting to town and ski resort. The unit was ok. We had some issues with inconsistent heat in the bedrooms - some stayed very cold. The gas fireplace also gave us some issues but we’re addressed by maintenance. The beds were not comfortable but the sectional was. ##### Natalia G. The dining room table & chairs were in the kitchen. Beds were apart . TVs were in the hall all apart. Couch was filthy when pulled out. Theresa cleaned. And was very good. Right by everything u need and only 10 mins from the mountain. Beds are unbearable so don’t expect to get your needed rest after skiing. I ended up sleeping on the couch. Dirty clothes under beds and trash behind the couch. Almost every room had physical damage also - towel bars and hinges ripped out of walls and poorly draining on almost all sink/toilets. Overall a great place. The unit itself was clean with beautiful mountain views. The grounds were well maintained. However, communication was very slow and the office was not open any of the three days we stayed there (even though the sign with hrs of operation was posted). The pool and hot tub are in the building with the laundry room. The sign on the glass door says "Laundry" and is otherwise not clearly marked. It also closes at 4\. This was a bit of a disappointment. Since we couldn't find it and the office was not open/slow to communicate via email (didn't see any number on any signs) we did miss out on it. We were unable to use the main bathroom, but we did have the other one in the master bedroom. The main bathroom shower does not work at all, no water comes out. All of the drains are very slow. Other than that, we had a great time because we were with family who rented the unit upstairs from us.
