This place is adorable, clean, and the location is great. It's near the water (can see the water from inside) and is walking distance to great restaurants. We went in Feb so it was cold but we still walked to our dinner spot. In nicer weather you have access to even more places by foot. Scott was great and very helpful and quick to respond. He gave us a list of places to try and even let us stay a little later on our departure day after breakfast took a little longer than we planned (Noah's is an awesome breakfast spot and was worth the wait!). The apartment was clean, tidy, nicely furnished and well equipped for a weekend stay. It is located over a garage behind a lovely historic home. . .there is a court yard between the main house and garage which is equipped with furniture, fire pits and an outdoor shower. The apartment is located in Stonington Borough which is a little gem of a New England town with lovely coastal and beach views, beautiful colonial architecture and historic homes. We enjoyed our visit to the Lighthouse Museum which is a five minute walk from the home as well as several excellent restaurants and interesting shops which were all a short walk away. There are also some beautiful walks along the water. It is a short ten minute drive from Mystic which has many shops and restaurants to offer.
